Overview & Eligibility

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of our items and logistics, all return requests must strictly adhere to the conditions outlined below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged or broken due to transit:

• You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of carrier delivery tracking.

• You must provide clear video and photo evidence showing the damaged shipping package/box as well as the damaged item inside.

• Once verified and approved by our team, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement to you at no additional cost.

2. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that the package was not delivered, or if it is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

• You must contact us with your order number and request an investigation.

• You may be required to provide official documentation or verification from your local postal provider confirming non-receipt.

• Once confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement order will be issued immediately.

3. Customer Dissatisfaction & Standard Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason:

• You must submit a formal written request stating the exact and specific reason for your dissatisfaction.

• You must provide video and photo evidence demonstrating any claimed defect, flaw, or issue with the product.

• Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to our origin warehouse (the original sender’s dispatch address in China) entirely at the customer's expense. Return shipping fees, customs duties, and tracking costs are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Refund Processing: A refund (minus initial shipping and handling costs) will only be issued after the returned package is received at our origin address, inspected by our quality control team, and verified to be unused and in original, undamaged condition.
